Whether an order can be delivered depends on the shipping options available at checkout based on your shipping address.

Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During special holidays, promotional events, high-volume sales periods, carrier delays, or unexpected operational delays, order processing may require an additional 1–3 business days.

Estimated transit time is usually 2–5 business days after the order has shipped. Estimated total delivery time is generally 3–8 business days, including order processing time and transit time.

7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information before placing an order.

Kyltoor is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has started or after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, refund processing, and cancellation rules are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided by email after your request is reviewed.

Free outbound shipping does not automatically mean free return shipping for non-quality-related returns.

If your order has already shipped or entered fulfillment, it may not be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Kyltoor products include a 1-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date.

The warranty covers eligible product defects and quality-related issues under normal use.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product instructions is not covered under warranty.

Warranty support may require order verification, product model information, photos, videos, troubleshooting details, or other supporting information.

Kyltoor dash cams should be installed and used according to the product instructions.

Customers are responsible for proper installation, safe use, compliance with applicable traffic laws, and avoiding obstruction of the driver’s view.

Certain features, such as parking mode support, may require compatible accessories, proper wiring, or specific installation conditions.

Kyltoor is not responsible for improper installation, unsafe use, damage caused by installation errors, or violations of applicable laws or regulations related to product use.

11. App and Third-Party Services

Some Kyltoor product features may require the use of a companion app, mobile device, WiFi connection, memory card, or third-party service.

App availability, compatibility, functions, and performance may vary by device, operating system, app version, region, and network conditions.

Third-party apps, platforms, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics services, advertising services, and other service providers may operate under their own terms and policies.
