1. Shipping Area
Kyltoor currently supports shipping to the United States and Canada.
However, certain remote areas, restricted regions, military addresses, P.O. boxes, or locations not supported by our carriers may be unavailable for delivery.
Whether an order can be delivered depends on the shipping options available at checkout based on your shipping address.
If no shipping method is available for your address at checkout, we may be unable to deliver to that location.
2. Free Standard Shipping
Kyltoor currently offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada where delivery is available.
No minimum order amount is required for free standard shipping.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout when a valid shipping method is available for your shipping address.
Please note that free outbound shipping does not automatically mean free return shipping. Return shipping responsibility is handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
During special holidays, promotional events, high-volume sales periods, carrier delays, or unexpected operational delays, order processing may require an additional 1–3 business days.
Processing time refers to the time needed to verify payment, prepare the order, pack the item, and hand it over to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from transit time.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated transit time is usually 2–5 business days after the order has shipped.
Estimated total delivery time is generally 3–8 business days, including order processing time and transit time.
The estimated total delivery time is calculated as follows:
- Fastest estimate: 1 business day processing + 2 business days transit = 3 business days
- Longest standard estimate: 3 business days processing + 5 business days transit = 8 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your shipping address, carrier conditions, order volume, weather, public holidays, customs processing where applicable, and other factors outside our control.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
If tracking information is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after your order has been processed, please contact us at support@kyltoor.com with your order number.
6. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address, contact name, phone number, and email address are accurate and complete before placing your order.
Kyltoor is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started or after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Packages may be returned to sender if the address is incorrect, incomplete, unavailable, refused, or if delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping arrangements may be required.
Please contact us before requesting reshipment or placing a new order so we can review the situation and provide the appropriate next steps.
8. Delayed, Missing, or Lost Packages
While we work with shipping carriers to deliver your order safely, delays may occur due to carrier conditions, weather, holidays, high order volume, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@kyltoor.com.
Please provide your order number, tracking number, shipping address, and a brief description of the issue.
We may need to work with the carrier to investigate delivery issues. Investigation and resolution times may vary depending on the carrier and delivery location.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kyltoor.com.
Please include your order number and photos or videos showing the issue so we can review your request.
If the issue is confirmed to be quality-related or caused during fulfillment, we will assist you with the appropriate next steps according to our Return & Refund Policy and warranty terms.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Taxes, duties, or other charges may apply depending on your shipping destination and applicable laws.
Where applicable, taxes, shipping fees, or other charges will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the final order total before placing an order.
