1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

The 30-day return window starts from the date your order is delivered according to the carrier tracking information or delivery confirmation.

Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components where applicable.

The item must not be damaged by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modification, customer negligence, or use outside the product instructions.

Kyltoor reserves the right to refuse a return if the returned item does not meet the return eligibility requirements after inspection.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return request, please contact us by email at support@kyltoor.com.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and email address used for the order
  • Product model or product name
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photos or videos if the request is related to damage, defects, missing parts, incorrect items, or product issues

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided by email after your request is reviewed.

Items returned without prior approval or without following our return instructions may not be accepted.

4. Return Address and Return Instructions

After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Please do not return products to our business registration address, warehouse address, or the sender address on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so by email.

The return address may vary depending on your location, product type, order status, and the return reason.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kyltoor.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can review your request.

If the issue is confirmed to be quality-related, caused during fulfillment, or due to an incorrect item being sent, we will assist you with the appropriate next steps, such as replacement support, return instructions, or refund where applicable.

Please keep the product, packaging, accessories, and shipping materials until your request has been reviewed.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to a confirmed product defect, incorrect item, or quality-related issue, Kyltoor will review the case and provide appropriate support or return instructions.

If the return is due to a non-quality-related reason, such as change of mind, incorrect purchase, no longer needing the item, or ordering the wrong product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and the return label.

Free outbound shipping does not automatically mean free return shipping for non-quality-related returns.

Customers should not purchase or send return shipping before receiving return instructions from Kyltoor.

7. Return Label

Return label responsibility depends on the return reason and the result of our review.

For non-quality-related returns, the customer may be responsible for arranging and paying for the return label.

For confirmed product defects, incorrect items, or quality-related issues, Kyltoor will provide the appropriate return instructions or support after reviewing the case.

8. Restocking Fee

Kyltoor does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

9. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Additional time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, incorrect item, or quality-related issue.

10. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in certain cases, such as when an item is returned with missing accessories, damaged packaging, signs of use, missing components, or other conditions that reduce the resale or inspection value of the product.

Partial refund decisions are made after the returned item is received and inspected.

11. Exchanges

Kyltoor does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you need help with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can review your request and provide the appropriate support.

12. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kyltoor.com.

If your order has not yet shipped or entered fulfillment, we will do our best to cancel it.

If your order has already shipped or entered fulfillment, it may not be canceled.

If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving the item according to this policy.

13. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, or are not in original condition
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modification, or customer negligence
  • Items missing major accessories, manuals, components, or original packaging
  • Items returned without approval or without following return instructions
  • Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging by the customer

14. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Kyltoor products include a 1-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date.

The warranty covers eligible product defects and quality-related issues under normal use.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product instructions is not covered under warranty.

Warranty support may require order verification, product model information, photos, videos, troubleshooting details, or other supporting information.

15. Shipping Availability for Returns

Kyltoor currently supports shipping to the United States and Canada, excluding certain remote or unavailable areas.

Return shipping arrangements, if applicable, will be provided by email after your return request is reviewed and approved.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
