1. Free Shipping
Kyltoor currently offers free standard shipping on all orders within our available shipping area.
No minimum order amount is required for free standard shipping.
Free standard shipping will be automatically applied at checkout where available.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed on business days are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, such as holidays, promotional events, or high-volume sales periods, order processing may take 2–3 business days.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your shipping address, carrier conditions, order volume, weather, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Please note that order processing time and delivery time are separate. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and ship your order after payment confirmation.
4. Shipping Area
Kyltoor currently focuses on shipping orders within the United States.
If a shipping address is outside our available shipping area, the order may not be accepted or may be canceled and refunded.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.
If tracking information is available, please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status after the package has been shipped.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after your order has been processed, please contact us by email with your order number.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
Kyltoor is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kyltoor.com. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
While we work with shipping carriers to deliver your order safely, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@kyltoor.com with your order number and any available tracking information.
We will review the situation and assist you with the next steps where possible.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Please note: free outbound shipping does not automatically mean free return shipping for non-quality-related returns. Return shipping responsibility is handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
