1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product instructions.
- The product, accessories, user manual, and original packaging are included.
- Proof of purchase or order number is provided.
Items damaged by customer misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product instructions are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos of the product issue, if applicable
- A photo of the product, accessories, and packaging
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved. For the fastest response, please email us with your order number and a brief description of your issue.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a quality-related issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
For approved quality-related issues within the return window, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Return instructions for inspection
Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or use outside the product instructions is not covered.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:
- Quality issue or product defect: Kyltoor will cover the approved return shipping cost.
- Change of mind or non-quality-related return: The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Kyltoor currently offers free standard shipping on all orders within our available shipping area. However, free outbound shipping does not automatically mean free return shipping for non-quality-related returns.
Original shipping-related costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a product defect or our fulfillment error.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kyltoor.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item according to this policy.
7. Warranty After the Return Window
Kyltoor products include a 1-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date.
After the 30-day return window, eligible quality-related issues may be handled under our warranty policy.
After the 1-year warranty period has expired, warranty service may no longer be available. If you have questions after the warranty period, please contact us by email and we will review your case when possible.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or accidents
- Products with missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging
- Products modified, disassembled, or repaired without authorization
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items outside the 30-day return window
